General Information

You can download immediately upon purchase. First of all to purchase a product online, complete the following steps:


  1. Locate the product(s) you would like to purchase.
  2. Finally, click BUY NOW.
  3. If you have received a promotion code, enter it into the promo code box.
  4. Log in to your account or Sign up for a free account.
  5. Also, review the order information.
  6. Finally, click the Checkout button.

After payment, you will receive your receipt as well as a link to your purchase history on, where you will be able to download your files anytime, from anywhere. Your files will always stay in Your Account as long as you have your account no matter what computer you are using.

After downloading and saving the zip file to your computer, right-click the compressed zip file and select Extract All. Therefore you will need a software for unzipping to be able to open successfully those zipped files. Users of Windows can visit the site and users of Macintosh can visit the site

If you are having trouble logging into your account, please try to delete your browser cache and then try to log in again. If you still have problems logging in, please send us an email ( and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Resume templates contain everything you need and are fully customizable in every way. Anything can be deleted if not necessary in your resume. You can also move sections, add your photo, add social icons, change graphic elements, change the fonts and duplicate anything in the template. The design is customizable, so you can easily change it. Furthermore, you can simply replace the filler text with your own information. Don’t like the original colors? You can also create your own color palette.

Our files are formatted using standard system fonts – Arial, Times New Roman and Tahoma. Furthermore, you can easily change the fonts used in the template with any special fonts you may have on your system.

Certainly. The sample templates (free resume templates) may be used by you free of charge under Resumeway’s license, the same as if you had purchased the templates.

After completing the checkout process, you’ll be directed to a page where you’ll upload the information for your resume, cover letter.

  1. Firstly choose the design you like.
  2. Choose any options like adding extra pages, expedited service and then add these choices to your cart.
  3. You will be prompted to upload the current version of your resume, cover letter and your photo (if you’ve chosen a template with photo).
  4. Your assigned editor will use the exact content from your resume and rebuild the resume design of your choice.
  5. Then we’ll send you a PDF of your new resume and cover letter for you to review.
  6. Send us any changes via email and we’ll make them for you and then send you new high-quality PDF files + editable formats (MS Word).

If you’d like to update your resume and cover letter you can. Your new resume and cover letter are completely editable! Moreover, your purchase includes up to two rounds of revisions if they are needed.

A one (1) page resume with standard three (3) business-day service cost $30. Each extra page (resume) is + $10. Service within two (2) business days is available for an extra $15 and service within one (1) business-day is available for an extra $30. The Cover letter is absolutely free.

Finally, we’ll email you a high-resolution PDF and editable formats (MS Word) of your resume and cover letter suitable for printing, emailing, or uploading.

When the task is done we’ll email you a PDF of your resume and cover letter. If you don’t like the result you may reasonably revise it and demand necessary updates. When a revision is completed we’ll email you finale file.

With our service, you can apply for your dream job within 24 hours of contacting us.

You’ll need to upload the content of your resume and cover letter (any common MS Word processing format such as DOC, DOCX, PDF). If you’ve chosen a resume template with a photo, you’ll need to upload your photo (recommended minimum size of 1800 pixels x 1200 pixels in JPG).

Resume Themes

To install a new theme you must first have a working WordPress installation. For information on installing WordPress, please see Installing WordPress, from the WordPress Codex. Once WordPress has been properly setup, there are two ways you can install new theme – from your WordPress Administration Panel or Manually via FTP. Please refer to the theme installation instructions.

Firstly please read installation instructions for updating your theme.

The update process is like the theme installation process. You will need to replace the old theme using the FTP instructions, or delete the old theme from the Appearance > Themes screen, then follow the installation instructions to upload the latest version of the theme.

Please Note: If you have made any custom changes to the theme code, make a backup of your existing theme and save it to your computer before updating.

All themes are equipped with Theme Options Panel which will allow you to customize easily your website. All themes include step-by-step User Guide with screens.

The Theme Options organized into logical groups and have descriptions for each item. Please take some time and navigate to each option tab, most things are self-explanatory. Go to Appearance > Theme Options to start. Don’t forget to click on Save All Changes to save your settings once you are finished.

Yes. We can install, setup and configure WordPress and the theme on your web server. If you don’t have a hosting account or domain name we can help you with a setup. Please contact us via email by filling up the contact form.

Yes. All our themes licensed under the GPL license. You can use our themes for personal and commercial projects and for as many websites as you like.
