1. Acceptance of Terms

Subject to the following Resumeway Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), Pro2 Ltd. (“Resumeway”) provides this website, services, products, and content (collectively, the “Site”) to you. Your access or use of the site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies, rules, procedures, and notices (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms and the Site may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2. Modifications

Resumeway reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Resumeway shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Resumeway may change, add or remove any part of this agreement or any other terms associated with the site’s use at any time. Any changes shall become part of the Agreement and shall apply as soon as such a notice is posted. By using organic themes properties after the notice is posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

3. Resume Writing Service Refund Policy

Resumeway provides a professional resume writing service. Resume writing requires hours of writers’ time, which is why all sales are final. We provide multiple drafts and revisions. Resumeway’s writers will work with you throughout the “Revision Period” until you are fully satisfied with your resume. Hence, there are no refunds once the resume-writing service has been purchased. Resumeway offers a 60-day interview guarantee. If you have not received more interviews within 60 days of receiving your final copy, we will rewrite it for free.

A discount code cannot be used after placing the order. Resumeway is not obliged to replace the order or balance the difference if the discount code is not used while placing the order. Thus, please be attentive and precise when filling the form and placing the order.

4. Templates, Themes Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital product sales or subscription renewal fees. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding a theme, template, we will address the problem. Unfortunately, there is no effective way for us to both combat fraud and issue refunds. We will be happy to answer questions regarding our themes before your purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Templates, Themes Support Services

Support is provided for any theme, template purchased from Resumeway for a year after the purchase date or for as long as the annual support subscription is renewed. Support includes the rectifying of issues arising from packaged theme features, bug fixes, and basic usage questions. We do not provide support for our free themes, templates, the use or issues arising from the use of 3rd party plugins, troubleshooting issues occurring in WordPress, or customization.

6. Theme Customization Service

The Theme Customization Service is generally completed within 72 hours from receiving the necessary customer information requested via contact form upon the purchase of the service. The service includes the basic installation of WordPress and/or an Organic Theme, and it includes the setup of the WordPress theme as per the theme demo.

7. Licensing

The CSS, XHTML, PHP, design and any other elements of the themes downloaded from Resumeway are released under the GPL license. They and are in total compliance with the standards of that license as well as with WordPress. The themes available for sale on our site are not compatible with the wordpress.com blogging community. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform.
The content (copy, images, video, etc.) within our site and theme demos is royalty-free and/or has been purchased by and licensed to Organic Themes. Such content is subject to its respective original license and permitted for use only by Resumeway. In accordance with those licenses, Resumeway cannot and do not authorize the use of any licensed content by any customers or on any other sites not owned by Resumeway.

8. Template Compatibility

Our templates are designed to function properly with Microsoft Word (97, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2010) and Apple iWork Pages (Pages version 3.0 and 4.3) and higher. All templates are available to download as completely editable files. File Includes: resume template, cover letter template, icon set (only for paid templates) and user guide.

9. Theme Compatibility

Currently, our themes are designed to function properly with WordPress 4.0 and higher. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third-party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or WordPress properly.

10. Limitation of Liability

You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Resumeway, including the company’s directors, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the Services.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumeway, including the company’s directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of this Agreement, (ii) the use of the Services, by You or any person using your account, or (iii) any violation of any rights of a third party.

Privacy Policy

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy for the Resumeway.com website (“Resumeway”).

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

In general, our collection and use of information are as follows:

Resumeway will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this privacy policy. When you subscribe to Resumeway, we will collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address and shipping address. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Resumeway automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request, and uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting. IP addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in Resumeway’s user registration databases when you register with Resumeway.

We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community.

1. Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve marketing, analytics, and site functionality.

2. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that collects information about the use of a website. These cookies do not contain any personal data, cannot be identified as any specific person, and as long as not otherwise stated, are automatically deleted within two years. This data is not merged with any other data sources.

In order to satisfy the legal requirement for documentation of your consent to receiving emails from us, Resumeway saves the IP address used when you register for our services.

3. Registration

During the registration and order process, you are required to give truthful contact information (such as name and email address) in accordance with our terms of use. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

4. Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name and email) and financial information (such as a credit card number and expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

5. Surveys or Contests

We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information. We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic, or to personalize the site (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys) and to send participants an email newsletter.

We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on our newsletter sign-up page. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications.

8. Newsletters

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.

9. Customer Service

Based on the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
