(“Resumeway”), including resume templates and resume writing services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Resumeway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Modifications

Resumeway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time, with or without notice. Resumeway shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes. We may also revise these Terms at any time, and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Resume Writing Service Refund Policy

Resumeway provides professional resume writing services that require significant time and effort. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been purchased. We provide multiple drafts and revisions during a defined revision period to ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, Resumeway offers a 60-day interview guarantee.

If you do not receive increased interview opportunities within 60 days of receiving your final resume, we will rewrite it at no additional cost. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Resumeway is not obligated to adjust pricing or refund the difference if a discount code was not used during checkout.

Templates Refund Policy

All purchases of digital resume templates are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your template or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide store credit where appropriate.

Templates Support Services

Support is provided for purchased resume templates for one year from the date of purchase or for as long as an active support subscription is maintained. Support includes assistance with issues related to the template files, bug fixes, and general usage questions. Support does not include customization services or issues arising from third-party software.

Template Compatibility

Our resume templates are designed to function with common document editing software, including Microsoft Word and Apple Pages. Templates are delivered as fully editable files and may include a resume template, cover letter template, and user guide.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Site and services, you agree to release and hold harmless Resumeway and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the services.
