How soon can I start using template?
You can download immediately upon purchase. After confirming your shopping cart, you will be transferred to PayPal, our preferred and best known system of payment which allows you to make secure payment transactions. There you are required to fill in your credit card information which will then allow you to download your order straight away.
How do I download templates?
Choose the template you would like to purchase. After checkout you will be emailed your receipt as well as a link to your purchase history on resumeway.com, where you will be able to download your files at anytime, from anywhere. Your files will always stay in your Purchase History as long as you have your account no matter what computer you are using.

How do I receive my download link after I made a purchase?
After you make a purchase and if your payment goes through with no problem (antifraud manual check may take more than an hour), you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the direct download links. But in any case you can login on our site and check the status of your order in your console. After the order is confirmed you'll be able to download it directly from our site in "My account - Order history" section at any time.
I didn’t get any email from you. Where are my files?
Please note that some email servers can block our emails, so if you didn't get it within more than 2 hours login at our site and check your order status. If it is still not enabled contact us at support and specify you order ID so we can look into this matter.
How do I unzip the file I've downloaded?
After downloading and saving the zip file to your computer, right-click the compressed zipd file select Extract All. You will need a software for unzipping to be able to open those zipped files. The users of Windows can visit the site www.winzip.com and users of Macintosh can visit the site www.stuffit.com.
In which release versions of Microsoft Word can I use?
Resume templates can be used in all versions - 97, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2010 for Windows 98, 2000, XP, ME, Vista, Windows 7 and all Macintosh releases.
In which release versions of iWork Pages can I use?
Resume templates can be used in both version: iWork '08 and iWork '09 (Pages version 3.0 and 4.3) .
How do I create a new page inside the template retaining the style and formatting of that page?
To add a page in template: 1. Put cursor aside formatting boxes at the top of the last page 2. Click Enter until you get the new page (click further if you need more then one). To copy layout of the template page to the new one: 1. Put cursor at the top of the page you want to copy 2. Click Shift and down arrow and go to the bottom of the page 3. Click Ctrl+C to save the layout 4. Go to the new blank page and click Ctrl+V 5. Adjust the layout.
Are fonts included with my document?
Our files are formatted using standard system fonts - Arial, Times New Roman and Thaoma. You can easily change the fonts used in the template with any special fonts you may have on your system.
Can I use the free resume templates?
Yes. The sample templates (free templates) may be used by you free of charge in accordance with ResumeWay’s license, the same as if you had purchased the templates.

Here's how editing process works:
1. You choose the design you like based of style, not our sample content. 2. Choose any options like adding additional pages, expedited servise and than add these choices to your cart. 3. You will be prompted to upload the current version of your resume, cover letter and your photo (if you've chosen a template with photo). 4. Then we'll send you a download link to a high resolution of your resume and cover letter in PDF format + editable MS Word format.
How much does it cost?
A one (1) page resume with standard three (3) business-day service is $40. Each additional page (resume) is + $10. Service within two (2) business-days is available for an additional $15 and service within one (1) business-day is available for an additional $30. Cover Letter is absolutely free.
What do I receive?
We'll email you a high resolution PDF of your resume and cover letter suitable for printing, emailing, or uploading. We'll also send an editable resume and cover letter in Microsoft Word (iWork Pages only on reguest - before service rendered).

What do I need to provide?
You'll need to upload the content for your resume and cover letter (any common MS Word processing format such as DOC, DOCX, PDF). If you've chosen a resume template with a photo, you'll need to upload your photo (recommended minimum size of 1800 pixels x 1200 pixels in JPG).
Can I customize my new resume and cover letter?
Absolutely! The best way to get interviews is by customizing your resume and cover letter to each job. We'll email you a high resolution PDF and editable resume and cover letter in Microsoft Word (or Apple Pages if you need).
Who is responsible for typos?
We don't provide writing service. You are responsible for any typographical errors. We'll do our best to correct any glaring mistakes but ultimately typos are your responsibility. We suggest that you carefully proofread your resume and have someone else proofread it for you as well.
